Hi, I’m Tracey.

I’m the Career Redesign Strategist™ for the multi-passionate professional, helping individuals turn their creativity, ambition, and skill sets into clear, confident career paths on their own terms.

I’m a coach for multi-passionate professionals who are ready to build careers that make room for all of who they are.

As a senior project manager for creative teams and brands, I know what it’s like to figure things out the hard way. No one handed me a playbook for how to navigate the professional world – I had to make mistakes, ask questions, do the research, and learn through trial and error. I now use that journey to help others skip the guesswork and get straight to the growth.

About

Desk with notebooks, a ruler, a pen, glasses of water, a potted plant, a smartphone displaying a skincare app, and various office supplies.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked with major brands like CNN, MTV, and Peacock, and helped build public trust and structure for newer, purpose-driven organizations. I’ve also partnered with some of NYC’s leading workforce development teams – including LaGuardia Community College, Braven, and ReelWorks – to design real-world learning experiences for emerging talent.

Today, I combine everything I’ve learned to support both sides of the career equation:

  • For professionals, I offer coaching, courses, and a space to redefine success on your own terms.

  • For organizations, I offer curriculum design and consulting to help you develop and support the creative workforce of tomorrow.
